Over the past couple of years there are more and more people being diagnosed with allergies and sensitivities to certain foods. People are also becoming more aware and selective to what they choose to fuel their body with, meaning you may have a list of special diets you will end up having to accommodate for your luncheon. If your guests are health conscious, we would definitely recommend the new healthy bowls we have added to our menu. If you have a vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free, keto, and pescatarian all at the same event, don’t panic! We are here to help!
We know how crucial it is to take all food allergies and sensitivities very seriously. It is always one of our first questions we ask clients, you may be familiar with hearing “do you have any allergies in your group?” from us on the phone each time you order. Often, we will amend existing recipes or even create new ones all together to accommodate a special dietary request.
We frequently get calls from clients who are worried that they will not be able to accommodate meals for their gluten free guests. They always worry that the gluten free guests will have to fend for themselves, but that is not the case! It always gives us the chance to explain that we can make almost all of our meals are, or can be made gluten free! We try our best to make sure every guest feels “catered” to, even if it means creating a special meal just for one guest!
