For this post we are putting the spotlight on the always popular, incredibly delicious, super customizable Boxed Lunch Special! It’s a universally-liked meal style, can cover anyone’s individual tastes or needs, and is extremely versatile for many events/occasions. It can be a quick and on-the-go lunch, is very easy to serve and eat, but is raised to a gourmet quality in both taste and presentation. A few examples of popular Boxed Lunches are:

◈ Chicken Americano Sandwich with oven roasted chicken breast, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, spinach, and pesto mayo on a freshly baked 6” baguette.
◈ Heritage Green Salad with heritage greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, feta, pumpkin seeds, and honey balsamic vinaigrette.
◈ Freshly Baked Cookie.

BOX 2:
◈ Gourmet Club House Sandwich with slow-roasted beef, rosemary ham, roasted turkey, cheddar cheese, pickles, roma tomatoes, heritage greens, and Dijon mayo on a freshly baked 6” baguette.
◈ Oven Roasted Potato Salad with roasted baby potatoes, green onion, celery, fresh herbs, and creamy grainy mustard dressing.
◈ Freshly Baked Cookie.

BOX 3:
◈ Caprese Sandwich with heritage greens, roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pesto mayo, and balsamic reduction drizzle on a freshly baked 6” baguette.
